BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) – A driver is expected to recover after flipping a vehicle into a creek in Burlington Thursday.
Burlington’s Fire Protection District and Boone County deputies were called to Gunpowder Creek at the Camp Ernst Bridge for an overturned car in the water.
They were able to get the driver out and up to the road with a ladder and a Stokes basket.
The driver was flown to UC Medical Center and is expected to survive…
