ST. BERNARD, Ohio (WKRC) – Authorities released an explanation for an ongoing foul odor issue plaguing an area of Greater Cincinnati.
Mayor Stuchell of St. Bernard, Ohio announced on Friday night that the foul odor spreading throughout the village was caused by “a leak in one of the holding tanks at the Synthica” water treatment plant.
