CINCINNATI (WKRC) – That brief taste of spring was short-lived.
After reaching a record high of 67 degrees Friday, temperatures have plunged back to winter levels as Arctic air moved into the region. Snow showers and flurries returned Sunday morning, and highs struggled to reach the low 30s, with wind chills making it feel even colder.
