CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A woman is facing charges after allegedly stealing a vehicle with a child inside Sunday in Northside.
Jessica Hanna, 43, is charged with abduction and theft after the incident at N.Y.P.D. Pizza on Chase Avenue, according to Hamilton County court records.
