LOCKLAND, Ohio (WXIX) – The mother of a man shot and killed more than three years ago in Lockland said she is relieved his alleged killer has been arrested but disheartened by the bond amount set by a judge.
Ronell Scott, 24, is charged with two counts of murder, one count of aggravated murder and one count of felonious assault in the death of 20-year-old Tre’Shawn Smith. Scott pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.
