CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The suspect accused of repeatedly stabbing and critically hurting a construction worker in Mt. Adams in 2024 is now undergoing treatment for mental incompetence, according to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts.
Court documents say that Michael Bowlin, 32, is facing charges of attempted murder and felonious assault in connection with the Nov. 29 attack on Baum Street.
An evaluation uploaded on Dec. 6, 2025, opined that Bowlin is incompetent to stand trial. He will return to court in July to determine if he has regained his competence…
