CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Chef Cristian Pietoso is planning a new restaurant concept for a downtown Cincinnati space with a deep culinary history.
On Jan. 9, the chef reversed course on a March 2025 plan to move the fine-dining restaurant Nicola’s from its original Pendleton home to a downtown space that once housed legendary Cincinnati chef Jean-Robert de Cavel’s Pigall’s restaurant.
Although Pietoso is no longer moving Nicola’s, he still has plans for the space at 127 W. Fourth St…
