Reinstated Cincinnati police captain feels ‘vindicated’; may sue the city over firing

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati police captain fired more than a year ago will get her job back with full back pay and benefits.

A three-person arbitration panel ordered the full reinstatement of Captain Danita Pettis, restoring her rank and rejecting all charges against her.
