LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Ohio (WXIX) – A shooting investigation is underway in Lincoln Heights and the West End early Monday.
Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting on Schumard Avenue in Lincoln Heights around 3:50 a.m.
