OVER-THE-RHINE, Ohio (WKRC) – The Franciscan Friars of the Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe announced plans to close St. Francis Seraph Church and Friary in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.
The friars will be reassigned before the buildings are put on the market.
