CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Cincinnati woman has pleaded guilty to misappropriating funds from elderly or sick veterans totaling over $158,000, according to the district attorney’s office.
46-year-old Ishwanzya Rivers was federally charged with misappropriating funds as a fiduciary and arrested in August 2025.
