CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A longtime nurse is behind bars for allegedly raping a patient at a Cincinnati hospital in January.
Joseph Ratcliff, of Butler, Kentucky, was indicted on one count each of rape and gross sexual imposition after he “engaged in sexual conduct” with a woman “whose ability to resist or consent is impaired because of a mental or physical condition,” a criminal complaint says.
