Cincinnati man arrested for 10th OVI has bond revoked

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati man has been arrested on his 10th operating a vehicle while impaired charge, according to court records.

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers stopped Timothy Lyles, 50, around 11:30 p.m. Jan. 30 after he allegedly ran a red light while turning left from Seymour Avenue onto Reading Road. A trooper was traveling in the adjacent lane at the time of the stop.

Troopers said Lyles had an open bottle of tequila in the vehicle and refused to submit to a breathalyzer test…
