CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A homicide investigation is underway after a shooting victim was found at a crash scene Wednesday.
Cincinnati police said the fire department got a call a little after 2 p.m. for service regarding a vehicle crash on Burns Avenue near E. Galbraith Road.
