City of Cincinnati warns property owners of fine for not clearing snowy sidewalks

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The city of Cincinnati sent a warning to some property owners telling them to shovel snow from their sidewalks or face a possible fine.

A memo from City Manager Sheryl Long says state law authorizes the city to require that property owners remove snow and ice from sidewalks around their property.
