CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – In a deal sure to send shockwaves throughout Greater Cincinnati’s real estate sector, Walmart has acquired a Warren County industrial property for more than $100 million, according to public records.
Walmart Fulfillment Services LLC, the company’s in-house logistics and fulfillment platform, closed Feb. 3 on the purchase of the newly constructed Building 1 in the C5 Encore Logistics Center.
