COVINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) – The sister of a woman murdered by her child’s father says she hopes he spends the rest of his life behind bars as he faces sentencing Monday morning.
Mario Payne is scheduled to be sentenced in Kenton County court for the killing of Kierra Lane. A jury recommended a life sentence after finding Payne guilty of murder in December.
