Developer buys 11 former Frisch’s locations for more than $17M

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A Kentucky developer has acquired nearly a dozen former Frisch’s locations, including multiple properties in the Tri-State.

Between October 2025 and January, Lee Greer invested more than $17.2 million purchasing 11 former Frisch’s properties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana through the organization Olowalu Land Company LLC, according to public property records.

Greer is also the president of the Greer Cos., a Lexington, Ky.-based family-owned commercial real estate development and retail hospitality company operating different restaurant and hotel brands…
