North Bend Horror: Green Township Driver Hit With Homicide Rap After Deadly 2:45 A.m. Crash

A 21-year-old driver is facing serious charges after an early Sunday crash on North Bend Road in Green Township that left one person dead, according to police. The collision happened around 2:45 a.m. near Mercy Health Boulevard, and first responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Green Township police identified the driver as Alex Temoxtle and said he faces charges that include aggravated vehicular homicide, driving without a valid license and additional traffic offenses, according to WKRC Local 12. Court records cited by the station indicate Temoxtle was driving south on North Bend Road when he rear-ended another vehicle.

Crash Details

FOX19 reported that the rear-ended vehicle was driven by 64-year-old Kimberly Stepp, who died following the collision. Police do not believe alcohol was a factor, according to the outlet, but speed is under investigation. Temoxtle is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $10,000 bond and was set to appear in court Monday, the station reported.
