CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 19-year-old woman is under arrest on a murder charge in connection with a shooting and crash overnight that killed a driver, Hamilton County court records show.
Destiny Newman, 19, of Arlington Heights, was booked into the county jail at 1:07 a.m. Thursday, according to the jail docket.
She is without bond and scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m…
