CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A local entrepreneur, brewery owner and developer has acquired a historic West Side property and is contemplating its transformation.
David Berger has acquired the Oskamp Mansion, a roughly 8,000-square-foot structure on Harrison Avenue in Westwood, dating from 1896.
Berger also acquired a pair of large adjoining rear structures built as a senior housing facility and care center, for which the front mansion served most recently as administrative office space. The rear structures, one built in the 1960s, the other in the 1990s, total around 81,000 square feet…
