Following nearly eight months of suspended operations due to a relocation, Strong’s Brick Oven Pizzeria in Newport is set to reopen in its new storefront along Monmouth Street.
On Feb. 16, Strong’s announced on Facebook that it plans to open at its new location on 708 Monmouth St. in March, which was previously JerZee’s sports bar.
“After tackling major renovations and city inspections, we’re excited to announce our new home at 708 Monmouth Street, just four blocks from our original location,” Strong’s leadership said in the Facebook announcement. “The space is bigger, refreshed, and built to better serve the community we love.”…
