ELYRIA, Ohio — A Cincinnati man has been charged with two counts of rape and multiple other crimes after he was accused of grooming a young girl and sexually assaulting her.
Joshua Telford, 35, also is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, all felonies. He faces three counts of criminal child enticement and one count of grooming, all misdemeanors.
