INDEPENDENCE, Ky. (WKRC) – Newly released body camera video showed the tense moments leading up to the fatal shooting of a man holding a gun in Independence.
The shooting happened Feb. 1 at a home on Sharpsburg Drive. David Works, 62, died from his injuries. The video showed officers giving him first aid following the shooting.
