CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Tender Mercies and Over-the-Rhine Community Housing this week unveiled a $20 million renovation of a historic Over-the-Rhine structure, which includes 30 new studio apartments for those in need.
Spaeth & Kelly Hall at 27 W. 12th St. opened Wednesday. The two-building development is named after former Tender Mercies CEO Marcia Spaeth-Kennedy and the group’s former resident case manager, the late Sister Kathleen Kelly.
