Months after FDA calls it an addictive opioid, 7-OH still sold over the counter

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The FDA warns that a substance “13 times more potent than morphine” threatens to be “the next wave of the opioid epidemic.”

Yet, that substance, 7-OH, continues to be sold over-the-counter at gas stations and vape shops in most states across the country. We’re investigating the push to make it illegal and the debate about pulling it off the shelves.
