A 19-year-old girl is lucky to be alive after becoming trapped upside down in her truck as it sank into a river in Ohio.

On Sunday, Feb.22, Andi Burns was driving home from work in the snow when her vehicle crashed and fell down a 15-foot ravine, according to WLWT5.

The truck then went into the Little Miami River before coming to a stop upside down…
