CINCINNATI (WXIX) – One of the two mass shooting suspects is accused of opening fire across some 800 people at a concert and party due to a “long-standing grudge” against a victim, a prosecutor said in court Tuesday.
Franeek Cobb, 24, of Over-the-Rhine, faces a single count of felonious assault for Sunday’s early morning shooting at Riverfront Live, a 16-and-up venue on Kellogg Avenue in the East End.
