CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A woman said she’s being terrorized by a raccoon after moving into her Westwood apartment less than a month ago.
Alexus Hubbard told FOX19 NOW that she first heard sounds in her ceiling on Feb. 20. She said she reported them to a landlord before ownership changed.
