CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – An infill townhomes development has replaced a surface parking lot in one of Greater Cincinnati’s historic urban neighborhoods.
Vision Realty Group, headed by managing partner Matt Olliges, wrapped construction in February on the four townhomes on Washington Avenue, a block south of Hofbrauhaus in Newport’s Mansion Hill/East Row historic district.
Two of the homes are under contract, Olliges told the Business Courier.…
