Inmate at Tri-State jail caught smoking pot in cell, had bags of pot he admitted to selling: Prosecutor

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – An inmate is accused of using and dealing drugs inside the Hamilton County Justice Center, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.

Deputies caught Marquis Meatchem smoking marijuana in his cell on March 9, prosecutors say.

He also had a plastic glove with 13 folded papers, each filled with a small amount of marijuana that he admitted to selling, according to his criminal complaint and prosecutors.
