CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit alleging their son died at the hands of negligent staff in the Hamilton County Justice Center. Among others, the lawsuit names the Hamilton County Sheriff and corrections officers.
Jacob Grayson, 25, died in December 2024 after a course of opioid withdrawal while in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
