At the 98th Academy Awards this Sunday, three Ohioans—two with ties to Cincinnati—are up for cinema’s biggest prize.
Hannah Beachler, who grew up in Centerville and attended the University of Cincinnati for fashion design, was nominated for Best Production Design for her work on Ryan Coogler’s smash-hit horror-drama “Sinners”—which received 16 nominations, the most of any film this year.
