Cincinnati home featured in Hollywood film hits market for $1.3M

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A home in the city of Cincinnati that has been featured in a Hollywood film recently hit the market for $1.3 million.

The home at 4009 Beechwood Ave. in North Avondale is a Georgian Revival that has been restored and renovated from top to bottom. The home was listed on March 13 and has already generated significant interest from buyers. Heather Herr, founder and CEO of Private Real Estate Collection, is listing the home.

Prior to the current owners buying the home, scenes for the film “Goat,” produced by James Franco and starring Nick Jonas, were filmed there. Since then, the owners have invested more than $700,000 into renovations of the home…
