Botched Test Triggers Ohio Pot Recall In Columbus And Cincinnati

The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has issued a Class II recall after regulators found that a Modern Flower product did not meet state testing requirements, pulling a popular medical marijuana item from shelves in Columbus and Cincinnati while the state digs into what went wrong.

The recall targets Modern Flower Minis Flower White Truffle, a 5.66 gram packaged flower product that has been temporarily yanked from sale while officials complete their investigation.

State records list the affected batch as lot no. 1a4070300000ce5000006751 with product ID m00001262257, packaged on Oct. 30, 2025. The flower was cultivated by Harvest Grows, LLC and labeled at 5.66 grams. As reported by Cleveland.com, matching packages were sold at nine dispensaries, and the state says patients can bring those items back for a refund and proper disposal.

Sales On Hold, Returns Won’t Count Against 90 Day Limit

The Division has ordered all sales of the affected lot paused while it finishes its review, and it has instructed licensees to accept returns and issue refunds.
