CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Cincinnati police are investigating a criminal damaging offense that happened on March 4 involving two Mt. Airy homeowners and some teenagers.
The homeowners, Rod and Kella Schreiber, were both home when the brick smashed through their bedroom window.
