CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The teenage boy shot and killed over the weekend in North Avondale had been missing from his Cincinnati home for nearly two years, Cincinnati Police Sgt. Anthony Mitchell confirms.
Nazir Owens, 15, is listed as a missing child on the Ohio Attorney General’s website. He went missing when he was 13 years old and was last seen Aug. 1, 2024, wearing a blue jacket and black leggings.
It is unknown if anyone knew about Owens’ whereabouts between then and Sunday, March 22, 2026, when he was killed…
