FORT THOMAS, Ky. (WKRC) – Voters in Fort Thomas may encounter longer lines and potential safety concerns during Kentucky’s May 19 primary as several schools serving as polling places will remain open during voting hours.
Woodfill School is among four schools in the Northern Kentucky city that will be used as polling locations. The Fort Thomas Independent Schools district plans to keep schools open that day for the first time in decades, using May 19 as a make-up day for time missed due to winter weather.
