Cincinnati (WKRC) – A West Price Hill woman is accused of seriously abusing a child. Adriana Napier, 29, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of endangering children, felonious assault, strangulation, and domestic violence.
Napier is accused of hitting a 13-year-old with a belt and a curtain rod when the girl didn’t do her chores. She’s also accused of punching, biting, and choking the child.
The girl ran out of the home and a neighbor called for help. The girl was treated at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for a fracture and other injuries…
