CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A large police presence took over a busy intersection in Over-the-Rhine Thursday afternoon after police said a man was suffering a mental health crisis.
SWAT teams and Negotiating teams joined more than a dozen Cincinnati Police Department cruisers on Race and Liberty streets to prevent a tragedy.
