Kenton Property Valuation Administrator to host series of information sessions for county residents

The Kenton County Property Valuation Administrator’s (PVA) office has announced its PVA C.A.R.E.S. initiative, which includes a series of community information sessions at libraries across the county.

The Kenton County PVA office recognizes the financial burden increased property assessments can have on property owners. The mission is to provide fair and equitable assessments, educate homeowners, ensure transparency and support property owners throughout the appeal process.

“At the PVA Office, we believe in something simple – PVA C.A.R.E.S.,” said Plummer. “C.A.R.E.S. stands for Committed, Accessible, Responsive Educators (proudly) Serving Kenton County and is aimed at helping our valued property owners be successful in the upcoming appeal period.”
