A Cincinnati woman accused of playing a role in a Price Hill shooting that left a man with serious head wounds was set to face a Hamilton County judge Friday, as the criminal case begins to move from police reports to the courtroom.
Court documents and police reports identify the victim as Derrick McGowan and say the attack happened in early July, leaving him critically injured.
According to WKRC, court filings allege Ayeyanna Walker conspired with another person in the shooting that wounded McGowan. The station reports McGowan was shot in the head and that Walker has been charged with felonious assault. WKRC notes Walker was scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
