CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Hundreds of women across greater Cincinnati are working to rebuild their lives after addiction, exploitation and time on the streets. But many say the hardest part isn’t recovery. It’s overcoming the societal stigma that follows them.
Brandy Adams said her past gets brought up to her nonstop. Leaving the streets wasn’t the end of her fight. It was just the beginning of proving she’s more than her past.
