Genstone Realty, a brokerage headquartered in Tampa, is planting its flag in Cincinnati as the first stop in a planned Midwest rollout, with an interim office set to open in Sycamore Township at 8044 Montgomery Road. The company expects construction on a permanent Cincinnati office to wrap up in the second quarter of 2026, marking Genstone’s first new-city move into the Ohio–Kentucky–Indiana tri-state region.
Company frames expansion as an integrated-service push
In a press release carried by PR Newswire, Genstone Realty said the Cincinnati operation will not stop at traditional brokerage work. The firm plans to pair home sales and purchases with coordinated access to lending, title and insurance through affiliated businesses, positioning the new office as a one-stop real estate shop.
