Teen indicted as adult in fatal shooting on Cincinnati’s West Side

WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) – A 17-year-old accused in a deadly shooting in Westwood will be tried as an adult after a Hamilton County grand jury returned an indictment.

Carlos Hill was indicted on charges of murder, felonious assault, and carrying concealed weapons in connection with the death of 19-year-old Noah Thornhill.

Thornhill was found shot on Boudinot Avenue in February…
