CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Residents in a Westwood neighborhood are warning drivers to avoid Montana Avenue because they believe construction is damaging vehicles.
Teresa Joshworth, a Westwood resident, said,she takes Montana Avenue to work almost every day. Wednesday morning, she came across a divot in the road from construction that gave her a flat tire.
