Cincinnati vegans, rejoice: local plant-focused caterer Herban Vegans is finally opening another restaurant.
Next Friday, Danielle Delaine will hold a grand opening for Herbistro, a plant-forward restaurant introducing a fresh approach to dining that is flavor-driven, and crafted for every palate. It will be located inside the Gatherall at Factory 52 in Oakley.
“A lot of people hear ‘plant-based’ and immediately think restriction,” Delaine said in a statement. “Herbistro was created to completely shift that perception. This is about flavor, creativity, comfort, experience, and making people fall in love with food all over again.”…
