Viral video shows Cincinnati police confronting, arresting man recording outside bank

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A video showing a confrontation between Cincinnati police and a man recording outside a downtown bank has gone viral, prompting a public statement from the department as two investigations get underway.

The incident involves Angel Moses, who travels around challenging authority and demonstrating people’s civil rights. Moses was in Cincinnati and Covington yesterday taking videos through the windows of banks.

Bank security called Cincinnati police about a man acting suspiciously outside a bank downtown. Police said Moses refused to give his name or his reason for recording videos when officers asked. When Moses stepped toward bank security, officers physically engaged with him.

Moses claims he spent eight hours in jail waiting for bail money. He was back in court on Wednesday charged with failing to disclose his personal information…
