CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A soaking rain moves into the Tri-State on Friday, setting up a wet, gray afternoon and raising concerns about flooding through early Saturday.
A Flood Watch is in effect for much of the Tri-State until 5 a.m. Saturday, with as much as 3 inches of rain possible. The gloomy, rain-cooled air will keep temperatures down, with highs only in the upper 60s — nearly 10 degrees below average.
