CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The Christ Hospital Health Network has successfully completed its first combined heart and kidney transplant, marking a major milestone for the Cincinnati-based health system.
Hospital officials said the procedure demonstrates the network’s growing ability to provide advanced transplant care locally, allowing patients to receive both organ transplants within the same health system.
